CRMRC/VAS Look Up To The Sky! Rocket Launch and Star Party Report

By Howie Druckerman

Video and Images from the VAS (Vermont Astronomical Society) and CRMRC (Champlain Region Model Rocket Club) joint Rocket Launch and Star Party. Saturday, June 12 was the first outdoor attempt at a joint outing between the VAS and the CRMRC. The weather on the field was perfect but go just five miles south and it was fully clouded over. For those that came, it was a great time to watch rockets fly and observe Venus, Saturn, Mars, the Ring Nebula, and M13, among others. Catch up on what happened from those that were there.
