Here is Comet A3/2023 Tsuchinshan-Atlas one more time. I shot this quite a while ago with one shot color camera remote from my house, using an AM5N mount with my astro-physics stowaway and ASI2600MC color one shot camera. I also had the use an ASI AIR a friend in the club loaned me to try it out. This all makes a very portable and light weight system for imaging remotely. These strain wave mounts are very cool. The most important thing is to stabilize the tripod with some weight, and it comes with a tripod sling to throw in a brick or big rocks that you find around your imaging location.
This is probably 40 minutes or so. Just a simple image and much easier to process these OSC comet images versus the mono. I still have a couple of mono images that one day I'll get to, but they take a lot of work.
